FWISD/JPS School Based Health Centers

Fort Worth ISD, in partnership with John Peter Smith Health Network, hosts 3 school-based health clinics. Referrals may be made at the end of this page. Each clinic provides primary health care services to FWISD students and infant siblings:

Typical services include:

• Treatment for sore throats, colds
• Immunizations
• Assessment and treatment of minor injuries
• School physicals
• General physicals, such as checkups and Texas Health Steps

The clinics also offer management of chronic diseases such as:

• acne
• asthma
• diabetes
• allergies
• weight problems

We now offer assistance with Medicaid, CHIP and CHIP Perinatal applications >> English | Spanish

JPS School Based-Health Centers are open on 8am-5pm school days and may be closed on school holidays. Centers are closed on weekends. Please call site to schedule appointment.
