Fort Worth ISD Blood Drive

WHAT: Lifesaving MISSION: POSSIBLE

WHEN: Friday, May 16, 2008, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

WHERE: Administration Building, 100 N. University, Fort Worth

WHAT TO BRING: Government-issued photo ID

SUMMARY: When you donate blood you align yourself with thousands of other life-givers in the community. For someone else you become a hero.

Last year, Carter BloodCare provided over 300,000 blood components for area patients. Physicians order blood for more than 600 patients each day within Carter BloodCare's service area, and most patients receive more than one transfusion.

Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-scheduled appoints will be taken first. Please eat a good meal and drink plenty of fluids before your donations.
