Enrollment Procedures for ESL/EL Civics Classes

There are TWO (2) steps to enrolling in an ESL class
STEP 1:  Go to the Site Listing Page, and choose the site you wish to attend.  Registration for the all ESL classes begins on the week of August 31st.  Please refer to the Site Listing Page for specific registration times and dates.

STEP 2:  Go to the site you have chosen during registration hours and sign up for testing.  You will take a language placement test and be assigned to a class on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If the class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and be called when space is available.  These classes fill up quickly, so we recommend you arrive early.  These classes are for adults only, children are not allowed during testing or class.
